That guy's obsessed with pretty things and for him the prettiest thing to ever exist is Cayena.
actually reze cherishes cayena more than anything and he wouldn't want her to be gone. The scheming grand duke as well likes cayena but the thing is, both of them only sees her as an interesting toy around (although in reze's case, he thinks his sister is something like a soothing and calming thing). The competition for Cayena will only grow as the chapters passes. There would even be a case of kidnapping cayena and I'm waiting for that ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
