And despite what my previous comments to others might imply (but only if they've misinterpreted those same comments) I DO actually like this. Just not because of the abuse. It's mostly uncliched is the fact that makes me like this. See the abuse is never presented as anything OTHER than abuse. We don't see the seme being presented as the victim and the uke being presented as the bully because the uke 'forces' him to do these things or because the uke won't admit he really 'likes' this. What prevents it from being FULLY uncliched however is that Shiki still talks about how HE needs to forgive the uke.
Gah this stayed so true to cannon for the character personality of Shiki *swoon* Would have loved it more if Akira had given his defiant stare to him though. Loved this none the less though <3 <3
