I read this manga a few years ago where the uke is in love with this boy in university who he thought was straight but this boy gets a boyfriend. But the boyfriend actually likes someone else. As revenge for hurting him, he dates the boy the boyfriend likes but at some point, he seems to fall in love with the boyfriend and is hurt when he finds out the nickname the seme called him is the same nickname he called both the boy and his twin sister who is now dead.
