Yeah. We can't necessarily blame the kid. His brother was the one that gave him that trauma. And I'm pretty sure something happened to the brother as well. Plus some people just like using collars, it's normal.
These children need some therapy for that unchecked trauma.
I also saw some people confusing half siblings and step siblings. Half siblings is having one same parent. Step siblings is NOT being related at all. So half siblings (incest) while step siblings (technically not incest).
