Um she didn't want to touch her son because she thought she was cursed. HR knew that but still thought in all his 'wisdom' that he shouldn't be responsible for something HE contributed to.

What she needed was a doctor and a maid/nanny to take care of her and Elle. She shouldn’t have been left alone with her child for too long EVER. What if Elle was choking or his head under a blanket or something even worse. She was neglectful towards her own child bc she didn’t get the help or the time she needed.
