I've red too many stories like that and I'm kinda traumatized lol specially in manga.
My conclusion is that jin was sexually assaulted by that hyung. What's with the author's work does her story needs to have the uke to be assaulted. Her works is amazing tho but I really hate seeing those uke being tormented. I just hope that I'm wrong pleaseee.
