An omega have 0-2% chance to impregnate, pair it with an alpha who has 0-2% to get pregnant, equals impossible (if its the alpha who will try to conceive). Alpha x alpha has a higher chance tho, but still not as much.
Men have 90-100 chance to impregnate, and 0% chance to get pregnant. On the other hand, women have 0% chance to impregnate, and 90-100% chance to get pregnant. Normally, its men who gets to insert his D in women. But other men prefer to be dominated by women (aka the receiving end, like pegging and such). This setup, however, (men bottom, women top) gives them 0% chance to make a child.

Sooooo we all know that omegaverses have alpha and omega right and in different types of romance like flf, mlm, and straight. I am more familiar with the mlm omegaverse coz its pretty common and the mating goes like smoothly coz they both have schlongs.
