Hooni is indeed a dummy but it’s cus he simply has no will to live (〜￣△￣)〜
well he is a kid and i think he doesn't know how to do this, in the beginning he didn't even wanr ro live, so yeah :c it's sad but I think he will not try to save his money
What I don't like about Hooni is that he does nothing to pay the rent or to have a better life. He spent all of his money in snacks rather than saving it up. He just makes a lot of bad decisions #－.－)
