No I think he deserves some of the hate his getting like who slaps a person after they’ve been in a 5 year coma ?? And who would be disrespectful to someone they loved and honestly are still in love without over someone they know they don’t really want to be with but are staying in that relationship out of a sense of duty and not love.. if he really was a good person he would have take some time to figure out his emotions before making a “final decision” on who he wants to be with... he was so bolt about his decision and so rude to the MC and now ( I’ve been reading the raws) he’s ending things with the other guy because he of the few times he’s seen how at peace the MC is with the ML. I honestly believe if the MC didn’t have the ML and was still after him he wouldn’t have cared about what the MC was going through.. he’s not a good person. Also for him to have been the one to give the MC his first camera then and basically his dream to be a photographer then to turn around and not only make the MC feel bad for that but to also have an outsider make the MC feel bad for it smh I don’t think he loved the MC same much as he claimed . And for all these reasons he deserves some of the hate he’s getting
I highly agree, i feel bad for taejoo
this might be an unpopular opinion but I actually feel really bad for taejoo. Life has not treated him well. I know he was wrong for pushing MC away but he was also in a difficult situation. He wants to respect the current relationship that he’s in even though he still loves MC. Let us not forget that he waited for him earnestly for 5 years and based on the flashbacks they really had a healthy relationship back then. He is also in a bind in his current relationship since he’s only staying because of guilt (even though that motherfucker is just lying about the rape).
Even though he is not written as the main lead in this story, I actually think he deserves a 2nd chance at love with the MC. So I don’t get the hate towards him.
