And from the spoilers it seems he has reasons but ofc people immediately go into defensive mode and refuse to wait to actually see both side of a situation or even try to understand the story and why/how things happened.

idk a lot of people might come at me for saying this but true the ml treated the fl like shit and that fl deserves so much more, but it's just the beginning and we still haven't seen his character development. I know that he could've done so much better than treating her like shit just to protect her from her asshole father but it's not like everyone's perfect anyways...
