Because the whole reason they can enjoy their life there like that is through the money the customers bring in. So even though they are cared for very much and can easily take a day off if they don't want because they aren't feeling it, satisfying themselves would make them not do it with the customers anymore way more frequently.
sorry guys maybe i missed something but can someone explain why they cant do it? I'm so confused
