I don't think they actually look alike. I mean, it is anime type of drawings, it's just silver hair.... all eyes and noses and mouths are the same for all characters. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
No, they obviously look the same or near the same because the only one that DOESN'T think they look alike is arina's twin brother, who would obviously be able to easily tell the difference. after all when they first met the vastias they said "You two look so alike, you're twins after all". And the only reason her parents adopted her is because she looked like arina so.... no, they look almost, if not completely the same.
It was also to help the mother because she was slowly going insane.
