It's kinda mind blogging how many people will throw around pedophile or grooming when none of that occured in the manga. Or to say it's incest when they're step siblings and I've even seen comments saying cousins marrying would be better than step siblings. Which that's mind blogging to say cousins is fine but not step siblings lmao. It's honestly a very wholesome story and I wish people would stop getting triggered and upset and let people enjoy the story.
