Yall of course he is gonna be tiny he was malnourished… look up what malnourished adults (he is in adult) looks like, specially if he has been not getting enough food and proteins since he was a child, is normal for him to be that short, most malnourished adults don't grow much, it affect there journey of growing, oh and I think that he is an succubus
