He’s probably being defensive cuz that’s his secret and if it were to get out people would probably look down on him while on the other hand the seme’s job isn’t something people look down on.. not saying the seme’s anger isn’t also justified cuz his privacy is also important... Also even if he isn’t ashamed of it doesn’t mean he wants to go around flaunting it either.. I just think both of anger with each other is valid.
