Listen to music on full volume with my earphones (preferably in my room and in the dark) ( ꈍᴗꈍ)
Happy music and sad music are forbidden (I don't like crying and when I'm irritated I cry easily lol)
Or I just try to invalidate my emotions (I tell myself I'm irritated for nothing that I'm just wasting my time) and go on with my life
I do not recommend. After keeping it all it just burst out someday and it does not feel good... ༎‿༎
