basically yes he already can. his orv skill upgraded which allows him to see through another person's eyes but there are certain conditions for it to happen (it will be explained further in the next chapters).
Oh okay, so technically he aint controlling the person but he could just have the Bird’s View plus added bonus of a POV. Thank you for clearing that up. I was hella confused
