I think it’s less the age gap that’s the issue and more the fact that Yuri sees Lester as family since he pretty much raised her. If she met Lester later on in her life like she met Aenon, then maybe something could have happened but it’s that preexisting way she views Lester that makes her uncomfortable. Same w if she met Aenon as her 13 yr old self she prolly wouldn’t have feelings for him at 20
