The manhwa makes me so sad. In the novel he does indeed show more emotions and its SUPER obvious he's head over heels for minjoon. Manhwa does Daiki dirty sooo bad. In the recent ch I'm pretty sure the manhwa took it out but Daiki told Minjoon to say I love you to him everyday as punishment for not listening to him.
I haven’t read the novel yet, but if you say so maybe it is. If the artist just draw daiki with more emotions maybe it’ll be better
