you know I used to think this so funny but then realistically speaking, sexual therapy is an actual thing, unless you're in an asexual relationship normal human relationships generally involve sex yes it's "vulgar" I'de say but it IS an actual act of love and you're in a relationship with someone you love and you have normal healthy sexual desire but you're having troubles (can't get aroused, hard, wet, it hurts everytime) you're obviosly going to go seek for help in this case it's obvious they don't just have some graduated professional around so they look for the only person they think can help their VERY peculiar situation
