But that's not being toxic, that's being anxious and insecure. And he has very valid reasons to be. Besides, he's not hurting anyone.
The top is the one who has violated his consent once and been overall extremely pushy all the time. In the early chapters he was basically harrassing him to be his friend and after that he pretty much bargained the uke's first time. The latest chapter also proves that he can be manipulative.
