You are confused by timelines. Kumiko as a Spider timeline is different from Shun & co timeline. Just remember ALL of students from that class were reborn approximately at same time (give or take a year).

I think they were born at slightly different times. The hero is still a kid which means his brother (Shun?) is eithet still a baby or a toddler and the dragon girl is probably not even born yet

Julius is the 2nd hero ( so right now in the the manga , julius a hero , later this skill will be passed to the brother).

Anyway that "hero" skill is cheating (really unfair tbh).

Its "cheating" the same way as being "Demon Lord" is cheating. Its two titles setup by World system to oppose each other

when I say it's cheating , I 'm talking about the "hero" skill advantage over "demon lord" skill ,the effect : hero will always win over the DL", this part of the skill. F***ing "D" and her craziness.

Thats not necessary cheating. Other than DL, hero is as strong/weak as any strong human/magician, after all White had easily killed him didn't she? And the one before? And other than having 1 weakness in hero, isn't DL otherwise superpowerful short of Administrator?

Well you can't really compare Shiro to the Hero since she's out of the world system , so all the positive effects given to the "Hero" skill is voided.

Well, the Hero before Julius got killed too. Pretty sure that none of Heroes died of old age.

I don'r remember pretty well how the old DL an Hero died , but pretty sure it was caused by an after effect of the attack on D.

Was it? I thought the attack on D was more then mere 12-20 years go, more like 100 years ago. Current DL who is Ariel became DL probably at around same time as either Julian became a Hero or at around Kumoko reincarnation. Ariel is almost as old at that world's system.

Huh , "D" reincarnated them later, not just after the attack, that's what I remember.

I think we shouldn't spoil more since OP asked to not spoil them.

One last thing, before stopping. If I remember correctly attack itself was created far earlier than it landed in classroom. We are talking decades if not more. Reincarnation, after class was destroyed, started almost immediately, but Oka-san was reborn earlier (she did mention she was like 30 or something but elves age differently). Then Kumiko and others followed. So in Shun's current present all of surviving students and teacher are the same age they died in the classroom.
