umm I don't know if its just me but I feel like he's kinda dumb.. He keeps thinking 1st Seme is the same person as the guy even though he isn't and he knows he's in a fictional book so history may not be even the same. He needs to keep a clear head and think through everything and I hope somewhere in the story he uses his experiencr as a nurse? to his advantage cause that bich at the mansion seems to be poisoning him
