hmm,, i haven't read the spoilers yet, but from what ur telling me, as someone who's ace, im just really waiting to see like the circumstance of the situation, as in asexuality, its an unbrella term really to many different terms as well,
some ace people do have sex for the enjoyment of their partner, because they enjoy pleasing their partner, but theyre still ace lol, some ace people have sex for their own enjoyment,, but i get what u mean, it kinda does seem a bit eh, let's just hope that they handled it well and not some way that offends me and the ace community, as people already misunderstand us (￣∇￣")
I saw spoilers that there will be yaoi scenes, but isn't he asexual or is author going the route of ... 'well for love, he will sometimes sacrifice himself and even if he doesn't like it, he will have sex with his partner' ... but isn't that just like saying ... 'well, he's gay but since the other side keeps pushing him and eventually he falls in love with a girl, he is 'willing' to have sex with her even if he doesn't really like it.' ... is this then truly asexual or just an insult? I"m just curious.
Also I understand that asexual doesn't mean you ban sex totally, there is different levels, but still, I feel that to make the asexual 'slowly' be willing to be open for sex is sort of wrong in a way that is similar to 'slowly' making a gay person have sex with a girl.
