EXACTLY. I don't tolerate homophobes either but at the same time we can't hate them and send death threats just because of that. Alot of them has many reasons, mental health issues, etc. If there is anything we should help them overcome their traumas.

No sending death threats is just wrong, but we are aloud to speak up about it respectfully or just ignore them if their bs is becoming too much

I understand where you're coming from, and since I am not gay I don't have any rights to justify what your oppressors had done either. I just feel like they're probably victims too, don't get me wrong, I've been through a lot of harassment too (not by gay people btw so dw I am an lgbtq supporter) so I just think these may be one of the reason for these people's open/internalized homophobia. Although I never justified any of their actions, I just simply said that they have reasons but like you said they shouldn't hate on the whole lgbtq community. Because at the end of the day, by spreading hate and insults to a group of people you don't like, it will only bite you back one day and you will never truly move on from your past, which is why I stayed these people need help (PROFESIONAL help ofc).

I just said that because I just feel like at the end people have reasons, and so because of those reasons they should just defeat it instead of embracing it (by spreading hate and etc).
