I don't know about you, but as far as my memories go, I can recall of a high schooler. I have no idea why she was clinging me. I did make obvious that I did not like her, but she'll follow me around class to class, even entering the same club as me. The effort I needed to get rid of her! At some point, I just gave up and let her have the honor to stay in my company. (￣∇￣")

Clingy people just take away your sense of privacy and I don't like people that lack of independence, since I'm a strongly autonomous one.

Anyway, clingy babies are fun and cute. And for sure, THEY CAN'T FOLLOW YOU EVERYWHERE.

Oh I see you'd your share of it.. for me there was a guy who insisted to marry me and talked to me about it non-stop, he even was trying to tell my family about it, I tried to tell him I was still young and not ready yet, but he ignored all that like I was talking to a wall until I blocked him everywhere so he couldn't contact me again.. but he called me from another number a week ago and blocked him again and I feel like I have a stalker now ╥﹏╥
