It belongs to Trashta's 'owner', the viscount's son I think.
Basically its Allen's kid, 100% related to her older brother.
Yes, trashta has a girl and even worse, they are exposed in front of everyone in the kingdom. They take a paternity test to prove trashta's innocence in front of the kingdom and it flops beautifully on them.

The novel is much shorter than the manga translation so maybe around chapter 40-50 somewhere in between there, I think.
