so what I'm gonna tell you is based on what I heard or read in some other comments, do feel free to doubt me. so what I heard is that, this all shit is a MISUNDERSTANDING, because after our fl died in her past life and the real veronica replaced her place as the queen. the king or the ml or that boy immediately noticed that she is not the veronica that he married and so he killed that bitch and took his son, and took cared of it. so the bottom line is, he ACTUALLY was INLOVE of our past fl and I think he just pretended to hate her so that she will not be in trouble because of his position as the king. and he was really sad about the death of the fl. and that was what the novel said. and so because of this plot twist, we can surely say that he will be the main lead, it is said in the novel that our fl will fall in love again and they will merry and happily ever after. but do take note that some of this information is may/or may not be real.
