if you’re talking about the picture thing , i think that they’re gio’s biological family . because in case you missed or forgot , gio is adopted . so leegang could be gio’s biological brother ? i guess that would make that lady his mom , unless it’s like an older sister . idk if that’s what u were confused about but if not i can probably help you understand
