Well it's actually not really a new things , if you remember carefully on previous chapters with Vulnera( Shinobu x Vulnera's arc). They made some kind of barrier to prevent him from going outside.
I remember that I used to love this story so much when I was a kid. It seemed very original but .... WHAT IN THE NAME OF DR STEPHEN STRANGE IS HAPPENING HERE ?! All this magic and bombs and transformations school isn’t able to confuse me THIS hard.
