Why? king Hiryuu made himself nothing more than a simple human because he love the humans himself, so it's obvious his reincarnation is nothing more than a human herself.
I get this feeling that somehow both Yona and SooWon has something to do with King Hiryuu's reincarnation.... somthing like a split soul... or like one has the soul the other has the body.... or to something close to that situation....

I don't think you can doubt it though i mean the red hair and the white snake actually felt a presence even though he hasn't met her yet. Soo won has the presense of a leader that can be king but Yona is a street smart princess since she helps the people from within the country unlike Soo won who is ruling the shit out of everyone.
Soo won is not the rightfull leader of kouka.. he betrayed the princess, the King, and his friend hak.. for whatever twisted purposes he had in his awesome but crazy mind.. If he had wait and married yona he would have become King.. but nooooo the Little bastard... had to destroy everything yona knew and loved.. He can not absolutely become the next King or be the next Hiryuu's reincarnation.... i´m so mad at him.. One second he seems so thoughfull and caring.. and to love hak and yona but at the next second he can kill them without a second thought... he is a cold blood assasin. He is so twisted... So he can not be Hiryuu's reincarnation.
Well we can't know for sure, and i still Think Yona is the reincarnation, but that Soo-won may also be part of Hiryuu's reincarnation, but that is only my opinion, and I don't think Soo-won is a/the bad guy, though he definitely did something awful things, but I think he has a reason though it can never be good enough to explain why he did what he did
Well what I agreed to was not that Yona wasn't the reincarnation but that both Yona and Soo-won may have some traits from Hiryuu like the comment I agreed to said it could be the soul fo reincarnation was split between them, though I think most is with Yona
