Also Hanako said to check out the yakuza tag and I only found one having all the requirements but that wasn't it also. It was one of Naono Bohra's and the possibility of it being her manga is there but she has written over a ton of manga and I might die before I finish reading all of her works.

I was on Baka updates and someone has asked for a lost manga and I too want to k ow what it is so I thought the mangago community could help. (I hope what I'm doing isn't illegal)
Here's the summary:
The uke is the newbie I think or a boss, but anyway he is NEW to the company and the same shows him to his office and all (he should be the boss probably) and while he is getting the hang of it he overhears one of his stoic glasses co-worker having sex with another co-worker which shocked him, the seme says it's normal, and is always by him and he gets use to it.
The art is quite good, pretty, the uke is smaller than the seme, more feminine but not girly.
There's also a few pop-ups of side-character relationship too. (mentioned above)
