Personally I just find that she's trying too hard to be liked by everyone. Like expecting MC to just be her bestie while she goes around spending time with her fiancé just doesn't sit right with me
MC is totally justified in disliking her but she acts like she's doing nothing wrong. Kinda disingenuous if you ask me (●￣(ｴ)￣●)

I think she can't help it since the prince is forcing his love to her so all she can do is just be a damsel and just smile. But it is kinda weird that she'd think Eris and her can be friends considering what Eris did to Helena when they were kids... I'm not trying to make Helena seem innocent like I know that she does make wrong choices but I don't think she deserve all the harsh hate maybe just a little. Its just that people seem to forget that Helena is a commoner and she's also a victim I'm you saw the spoilers in the Novel.
Yeah I respect the hustle for sure lol. Like do what you gotta do to live a cushy life or whatever but the fact that she's trying so hard with Eris just makes her seem so fake. She doesn't HAVE to be her friend but she keeps trying and ends up looking like the victim to others (like when the prince slapped Eris).
I'm not saying I don't understand what's happening but I still think it's fine to dislike her character. She's not your typical airhead who doesn't know what she's doing, but rather, she wants to have her cake and eat it too (having a comfy life AND being Mc's friend. Let her go girl)

I think you guys should lower the hate for Helena I hated her first too but after seeing some spoilers she's not that bad honestly.
