i think a little bit is fine from a comment I've read but the old hag overdosed the food. the little girl could've died if she ate it instead of the queen
In the novel it is said what was given was nutmeg and not actually poison so the maid is somewhat safe because she only ate a little portion of it. Given in small amounts, nutmeg can perfectly be used as a spice but in large doses it can have a hallucinogenic effect and if you overdose it can even lead to respiratory collapse. You can possibly search for a safe dose to get high on but I do not recommend lol. Thank you for coming to my ted talk
Yeah, that's why some people use nutmeg as a way to get high, cause it has some of the same effects of edibles, marijuana, weed, and etc.
wdym poor maid, no matter the lady’s position, she shouldn’t have allowed her to add whatever she added in the food they were gonna eat. if there *was* actually something missing, they could’ve informed them and added the spice in front of the family.
Is anyone thinking of the poor made that also had a little taste of what she gave her- that poor maid is probably tripping out in a hallway somewhere
