Thanks for clarifying this ^ though i dont think she and the ML ever slept together. From my understanding, she only gave him those hickeys and bite marks to make it seem as if they did it to the people in the mansion. She wanted to keep up the mirage of her “taming” him as her toy so tht it would be easier to fool everyone in the house. Hence the bite marks and hickeys.

I haven't read the novel, but I did read chapter 13 many times to be sure (and then later it is mentioned again, when she tells him off for touching her and he says she's done so much more), but yes, it is only shown how she gives him hickeys, but:
she moans at the end, a pretty steamy moan (literally) when she thanks him. why would she moan for giving someone hickeys? also he’s horny af lol. theres this part when he holds the sheet tightly, which is not that much, but then he holds her shoulder lightly and then grabs her agressively, as if coming. then he is dizzy, red and hot. she does apologize a bit too much too. soooo, im pretty sure they did, but they censored it
