I was just about to comment about how random and out of place that last scene was from this recent chapter. I thought it was to introduce two new “hot looking but obviously has grim intentions” characters but it seems like they know the duke and im just confused lmao.
Blonde is the Crown Prince (half brother of Lucia). Krotin(redhead) is one of the Duke's Knight. He's also the one who let Lucia in the mansion from the beginning. The Duke assigned him to escort the Prince cuz he needs to go back to the North to subdue the Barbarians. Redhead threw a tantrum because of that.
but yea it was kinda just thrown in there like they really should've just let this whole chapter been about damien and lucia and left that part for the next chap or sum lol
