Looking for a shoujo manga I read a looong time ago

It honestly might have been deleted from the site i dont even know anymore.

Anyway hey y'all, I'm trying to find a shoujo manga,pretty sure it was a one shot or just pretty short in general and I can't remember what it's called but it was about this group of friends,more in the POV of the female lead and she had a crush on one of her male friends but he's really short and cute with a buzz cut and im pretty sure his name is "Saru" (i might be wrong), they bicker a lot and she calls him "monkey"I'm pretty sure he calls her like "dog" or something cause its a pun on her name (her name might be Inu but again, not sure). this guy tries to imitate one of their really cool male friends all the time but no one takes him seriously, for example some girls were asking for the cool friends autograph and "saru" jumped like 'who wants my autograph??" and gets laughed at.

She never confessed her feelings cause she thought people would make fun of her for liking him cause hes so short and childish. One day i think they all go to a festival but the boy doesnt go cause hes not feeling well but ahah turns out it was just growing pains and he goes through this massive growth spurt and is really tall. Now all the girls think he's cool all of a sudden and the main girl gets jealous and upset because she doesnt want to confess to him now since she feels like shes just like the other girls that looked down on him but now wants to date him.Turns out the guy liked her all along as well and they confess to each other.
