The person who is talking with Ryujin is Hojung fox demon who got out from mirror help by Taeryung (who killed many exorcists in early chapters) now Hojung wants to seal himself in mirror again by betraying Taeryung. And those people Ryujin Imae Daesun and Wudo are also trying to seal the broken mirror back to get the land warm again
