I like Yeonwoo but for christ sake, he needs to get some self respect. This is not a mutual kink relationship. This is a guy infatuated with someone who physically and mentally harms him without giving him proper care or consideration. No amount of 'jealousy' on Taehwan's side will make up for his shitty behaviour unless he actually apologises and redeems himself. At this point Yeonwoo is deluded and slightly fucked up for how much he's willing to let Taehwan get away with.

I know they're end game but it'd be so much more satisfying if he actually understood his worth and got over this unhealthy obsession of Taehwan, and sought out a less-toxic partner. Taehwan needs to figure out whatever the fuck is going on with him and heal before a relationship can form. It's like he gets off and being superior and 'better' than Yeonwoo. Some parts of this story make me so uncomfortable to read

(And before y'all come at me for 'complaining'; I support the author already).

I understand if he has trauma but trauma isn't an excuse to treat someone who likes you like shit :( I just hope his behaviour isn't brushed off when he suddenly starts 'liking' Yeonwoo and he actually works through his demons to become a better person and better partner

the only thing I can say is that I agree with you 100%. I really dislike these types of ukes, because well....this is not love they have but rather stupid infatuation.

What I like about Bj alex which is in my opinion on of the only BL stories that depicted a more realistic storyline. is that the uke knew that he doesn't want to be a sexy body with the alex, and he finally got over his infatuation.

AND a better uke character is the one from the Dangerous convenience story... who the fuck actually from the get go refused the guy he liked because he was an ass and toxic as fuck! (Like his BF said, he's nice, but not stupid!) LIKE DAMN, I haven't met such a uke in a very fucking long time.

The author of Banana scandal is doing well for now (yeah they're the end goal) but how they'll be the end goal is the turning point. Will she do something like BJ Alex storyline, where the uke gets a fucking development or will she do like the usual boring/toxic tropes that the uke forgives the seme in one chapter and they "live" happily ever-after.
