It basically said that they're threatened to the Seme's Supremacy in their company so they're "adjusting" (but in reality just extending) his contract to another 3 years. It's such a dick move tbh. Also, they're looking for a new employee that would be on par with the seme's level.
(in other words, they're scared to lose the one and only person who generates profits)
