I need someone to convince me to keep reading

I need someone to convince me to keep reading and that Ahjussi is treating euijoon well. Although it was sexy, the past several chapters with the car sex scene from 20-24 left a bad taste in my mouth. I absolutely adore Ahjussi in the beginning. But he was going too far with this. This interaction felt very forceful and Euijoon is dealing with alot and doing alot and this scene is skirting around the idea of consent. It didn't feel truly consentual and that bothers me a bit.

it wasn't, I didn't felt there was any force in the sex car. they both were okay with it, if the uke really didn't want it he would have said so just like he told him he want to end their relationship after having one lest sex. he is strong enough to say no if he really does not want sex with him.

He did say no. Which was ignored. He even asked that he be treated more gently. Which was ignored. He also asked to stop later on. Also ignored. He didn't want to have sex in the car but he eventually said sure okay which was flimsy at best at the expectation that he was to be treated a little more gently. Obviously that didn't happen. He felt good sure but he was also having a harder/rougher time. And when he asked to stop several times(and I get that that kind of thing can be someones kink) because he was both tired from school and had to go to work the next day and needed to make sure he slept before his shift, and once again there was no consideration there. Ahjussi literally admitted that they were in the car for hours which was extra rough for Eui Joon, and he only gave him enough time to go home and shower in time for his shift? Just wow. This whole thing just urked me.

Do you know the bad cliche in yaoi? when they say no they mean yeas and bs like this? well, that how it is here too, it is a bad cliche and bs but that how I see it. I wish this bs trope will stop but it seems to come back here too ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
again him being tired or it was hard for him does not mean he didn't want to do it with him.
bad yaoi tropes is bad, for that I agree with you. and it's annoying too just like "No Love Zone" Webtoon there the uke say no everytime they have sex XD

Going with that bad cliche, the thing with sex in toxic tropes, yes doesn't always mean no and no doesn't always mean yes. Sex is literally on a spectrum. You can be feeling good and like it one moment but the next you really don't want to continue. He initially did want to do it with him if only to part after their last entanglement, but he literally preferred to not be in the car. Eui joon said that if he's unwilling would he stop, and ahjussi said he's consider. And since Eui Joon knew he wasn't going to be able to leave in peace(since a whole member of the mafia that he's still frightened of basically admitted he would not stop even if Eui Joons unwilling), he resigned to try to enjoy it and continue with the expectation that Ahjussi would be gentle. Since Ahjussi obviously threw that out the window later on, Eui Joon wanted this shit to end already lol you cant deny that Ahjussi was also angry and took it out on Eui Joon so he was definitely acting more selfishly, less considerate and forceful which contributed to the their "controversial coupling". Its interesting that a majority of BL content goes the toxic route when there's so many different ways to positively represent couples within lgbtq. I'm just saying, it would do good to have healthier representation between male characters than to constantly skirt around consent as if people don't know how to do it. Also please don't think I'm talking AT you, I'd like to think we're having a discussion lol I get what you're talking about but I just wanted to bring some perfective. And don't get my started on no love zone. I started but couldn't for the life of me continue it. The lack of consent was definitely a troubling issue but in that webtoons case, it's literally part of their relationship. I know people who their whole dynamic is like that and that's how they wanna interact. I "accepted" it from no love zone simply because it was more obviously created that way. I'm not going to dispute something purposely made to pander that trope. I dropped it though because the pacing of the story and the events felt uncreative. It's clearly made to depict a specific way to engage in sex lol and it's not for me lol I might read it to completion just so that I have more things to complain about loooool but I'll just gloss over it. Uke's who were obviously created to be weak or naive or dependent bother me lol

"I'm just saying, it would do good to have healthier representation between male characters than to constantly skirt around consent as if people don't know how to do it" AMAN to that!!! say it louder cause this is the truth right here!!!
I totally agree the Seme becomes toxic and just an asshole in the sex in the car, there is no doubt about it. but the story, again, show us that the uke enjoys this so it does not matter if he say no or yeas cause he will go to what the Seme want and will want the same thing as him, what again is a bad trope and a bad cliche in yaoi.
even in this story, it is still there and I hate it! =_= the uke didn't even talk about how he "suffer" in the sex car, he only seems tired but okay with it for the most part like it was nothing to him. so what are we suppose to say about it if the uke mostly forgets about it the next morning other then he just say no but mean yeas? ( ̄∇ ̄")
totally agree with you about the uke that was created to just be weak and dependent, but the author trying to show him has a "strong" man that can say his mind now what again is bs.
we need healthier representation there the power and decisions can be made by BOTH partners can push and pall each other sigh (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

And that sucks that the author made the story and characters progress in such a way that, conveniently all if forgiven and forgotten they don't have to talk about the difficult and controversial topics, which in my opinion would give the story more depth.

I also totally get your words. There nothing else except, I agree with your sentiments about bad tropes and bad cliches. And I'm glad someone agrees that he was an asshole in the car lol, because I kept seeing comments like omg ahjusiiii I love you and I'm likeeee, he was pretty bad in this chapter lol I'm hoping for character development

you are not alone my friend ლ(´ڡ`ლ) we all want more healthy representation, but get this bs of a story ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

to be honest, I won't wait for ahjusiiii development, doubt it ever happens. and the way he just said he like the MC was so dry and boring that I just ( ̄∇ ̄") dude, you so bland what the uke see in you other than your looks?
