Thank yo so much for the info, Kanna! :) I didn't realise it was an actual show with different episodes, I originally thought it was just one documentary. I found at least one episode with English subs on tumblr, will look for more. Here is the one I found, for anyone who is interested:

Just watched a bit of this one you posted and it's so fascinating! :) I could even make out the bit at the end when they talk about Jimmy Hendrix playing his guitar, lol!
