Wattpad...but the quality of novels varies a lot. Its difficult to find good ones.
You can download it and read offline on app.
Not all stories are free. Good stories that are free are rare. DM me if u join wattpad. I can recommend u some good love stories

i actually have wattpad from past 2 years now! i use it to read fanfictions but recently they changed the offline set, like we can only download 2 books offline, i liked the older version better!! but thanks uwu(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
