I didn’t feel like they loved each other unequally but I definitely felt like the conflict never got resolved. It was weird it felt like they never even tried to address it and just forgot it even happened? I felt bad about their fight but because they never really solved it those emotions never disappeared and then even though it was a happy ending it still felt kinda bad.

Oh yeah for sure, I wouldn’t blame the dude for focusing on his friend. I actually really liked the conflict because it was understandable that he would prioritize his friend who’s recovering and depressed and ends up completely neglecting his boyfriend over the 5 months, which the boyfriend didn’t deserve. He just needed to balance his time between them better, but couldn’t because it was a stressful situation and I think that’s a very understandable and human mistake. On the boyfriends side, as much as he understood the dude needed to take care of his friend, constantly being shafted and being made to feel second best to the friend in every situation clearly made him feel like absolute shit, and it’s hard to stay in a relationship that makes you feel like shit for 5 months, no matter how much you love the other.
The airport scene was a straw on the camels back for him and it seemed very serious and like they would need to have a proper conversation and some apologies but instead they just met up and never even mentioned it? It was like their memory of the 5 months had been completely erased and they just banged it out instead?
I feel more like I have a problem with the narrative of that part than either of the characters.
Looking back I totally agree. You worded it perfectly. I realize now that the situation should've been more serious—maybe it shouldve even called for a breakup. But i think the top (sorry I forgot their names) brushed it aside completely once he knew that muyeong rejected his friend's confession. On the narrative side they mightve been short on chapters already and needed to resolve it on a light note.

After reading that fight scene, my heart felt like it always does for my BL/Yaois whenever the couple gets in fights and my teeth start getting all tingly and I have to bite down hard bc it literally hurt so bad seeing them just leave AND IT WAS A FALSE ALARM IN THE END ANYWAYS!! ╥﹏╥ But yea... wasn't a fan of the pain ehehe
