Exactly! I think the whole second part was kind of a scam in itself. Don't misunderstand me, I love this story so much, but I really don't know what the author was thinking (with all due respect) cause it feels inconclusive and quite sad... even if all that sadness makes it more realistic. But that's just my opinion *sigh*
Now that you mention it, I did feel scammed...LoL
Yeah, I got the feeling that the artist may have struggled a bit to write the 2nd part. An artist's life can be really stressful. Maybe she was going through some stuff and it was reflected in her work. You never know :) Anyway, I still really enjoyed her artwork, and the first half of the story was good, so I would still check out more of her work. Personally, I think she probably worked too hard on this story, and that's why it felt a bit overworked. Sometimes less is more, especially when it comes to writing, which is why a good editor is so important.
Minyul deserves to be happy too. He's not a bad guy, he also has been in very difficult times and has mental issues. It's ok that MC and Best friend end together, but Minyul needs his own story and of course a redemption.
