Based on her flashbacks (past life), she don't look like someone with strong personality, there's some hint of insecurities too. So, I guess that why she reacted that way. Also, the title says: "my daughter is just too cute" so it's pretty obvious it's gonna be all about her adoring the princess, yeah? What do you even expect. Lol
