I think blair is the real fm lead on the original novel but the novel isn't finish and a lot of parts is missing i think half of it
In my opinion I think blair can see future and the novel she read isn’t novel but it’s her sight cos back then she didn’t know chole was a man so she’s confusing chole’s meetings with men and thought it was secret date(￣∇￣")

And talk about Blair's dreams. Can she see the future? It was previously mentioned that the original story wasn't finished. So no one knew she was a he. I don't think she's dreaming the end of the novel because in one of her dreams, Chloe came to her after she moved out. I don't think the original owner of the body was close to Chloe in the original story. So maybe she have an ability.
