i dunno exactly as he has not yet been introduced or named in the story yet, but i do know he showed up in an earlier chapter when she went to the bar seeking info about this heirloom thing that she got this chapter.
after she got the info at the bar they show her leaving and this guy is above her on a building saying how much he wants to have her.
is he gonna be the one who helps Charlize to escape when the time comes? Surely, charlize cant escape from her obssess student without help.
