Man I wish the author elaborates a little more on that, gradually increasing the bickering. This is not very realistic.

Yeah, and honestly I don't get what the big deal is. Sure it's nice to know that Ivan liked Hen from before (no idea how Hen doesn't remember any of this though, they had like quite extensive conversations and interactions?) but I'd rather he'd feel that way despite them bickering - or even because he liked their bickering.
Also, after reading the latest chapter, it's just reeeally far fetched to look back to the beginning of the story and think that this is how this all started. Again, it's not realistic.
