I think Obi is in love both Shirayuki and Zen and he basically confessed that to both of them and Zen and Shirayuki don't mind.
I don't think this manga will go the poly route but I love how accepting they are of Obi and how no one is jealous or a love triangle is in the works.
I really love their story because it's not one of your 'worldly' romances where these teenagers suddenly realize they 'love' each other and go strait to sex. Zen and Shirayuki's relationship develops in the way a real one should: from friends, to best friends, to 'dating' where all they really want is to be around each other and know more about the other. Out of the MANY manga that I've read, this is one of the few that illustrates my definition of what true love is.
I don't really think that's what the author is trying to relay, this manga just seems a bit too pure for that. I'm thinking more of the 'really close brother and his girl' type of thing? Think: they're the first people to ever care about 'Obi', and the first to offer him a pathway other than that of an 'assassin'.
To the characters: i really like shirayuki and zens personalities and how the relationship was something ( dont know how to described it well), their relationship was something already developed at their first meeting but it developed more and i like how the flow when they confessed to each other and many things.
I also like mitsuhide and kiki pair (looking forward to their relationship).
To Obi, i love obi! I like how his such a fun character, i like how he likes zen and tease him, and i never hated the scenes where u can see his love for shirayuki (i hope there is someone for him w/ a great chara too).
